Hi, I’m Lacy Picklo—Fractional COO, systems strategist, and founder of Clarity with Lacy. After years leading high-performing real estate teams, I turned my passion for operational clarity into a Fractional COO business designed to help others streamline their workflows, build strong back-end systems, and scale with confidence by having someone who will get into the day-to-day with them as a business partner.

I specialize in helping entrepreneurs—transform chaos into calm by creating structure that supports both business growth and personal freedom. Whether I’m optimizing a CRM, leading a team reset, or helping a client hit their next revenue milestone, I’m always chasing one thing: sustainable, intentional success.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my husband Dennis and our two daughters, likely cheering someone on from the sidelines, planning a community event, or sneaking in a beach walk to reset.
